Meet Rick Hults

I’ve spent the last 18 years focused on IT account management and new business development. I enjoy working with clients, understanding their project challenges, the changing technologies, tools, methodologies, and helping them find the right talent to be successful.

At VITS, my role is to bring on direct clients which we see as an opportunity to save our clients’ money while providing them with the best IT staffing talent. Prior to moving into IT Staffing, I was in operations management in liquid filter manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, and financial legal composition. Also, I spent five years building out and managing an offshore team in Chennai India.

Things I like to do for fun are hanging out with friends and family, traveling to anywhere warm and a beach in the winter. I do enjoy snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter and in the summer water skiing and hanging out at our cabin in northern Minnesota.
