Job Responsibilities: 
  • Serve as the primary contact between study teams and the ClinTech team, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
  • Engage in study meetings to fully grasp protocols, objectives, timelines, and requirements.
  • Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs.
  • Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements.
  • Research, test, or verify proper functioning of software patches and fixes.
  • Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes.
  • Perform security analyses of developed or packaged software components.
  • Offer extensive support and training and Aptios platform, guaranteeing optimal set up and used by clinical study teams.
  • Regularly contribute to the creation and refinement of Aptios study materials such as instruction and training documents.
  • Acquire and sustain in-depth knowledge of the Aptios platform, staying informed on its capabilities and updates.
  • Assist study teams in leveraging the Aptios platform fully by exploring its additional features and modules.
  • Design and conduct hardware or software tests.
  • Collect and relay user feedback and feature requests to the development team to facilitate platform enhancements.
  • Develop or approve project plans, schedules, or budgets.
  • Develop efficient and effective system controllers.
  • Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness, and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements.
  • Monitor digital services activities to ensure their alignment with study goals and outcomes.
  • Oversee the progress of digital services ensuring their effective integration with the platform for study success.
  • Direct the installation of operating systems, network or application software, or computer or network hardware.
  • Train system users in system operation or maintenance.
  • Regularly report on the study and platform-related progress, challenges, and achievements to both study teams and management, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.


Minimum Education Requirement:
This position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, relevant engineering discipline (computer, software, electronics, electrical), information systems, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of these subjects.
