Meet Erik Lyke

I have 10+ years IT experience and 8 years staffing experience. My strengths include implementing and maintaining the infrastructure for the business, resolving customers' concerns in both corporate and field environments, and networking and building relationships with other organizations and partners. My mission is to help our clients improve their business processes and increase their workforce efficiency.

As a Business Development Executive I Identify potential clients who need IT staffing services and establishing relationships with them. Work closely with recruitment teams to communicate client needs and to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

My passions include Golf, Yoga and Mindfulness.
