Meet Allissa Sweeney

I have a background in International Studies and Business. I have over 8 years of experience working in IT Staffing and Services, as well as 3 years of Sales experience.
I help support VITS working as a Business Development Executive who focuses on building relationships with direct clients to help provide top talent for their IT initiatives. I also support VITS recruitment team to help build out strong recruitment processes through training and development.
I am passionate about helping others succeed in their career. I care deeply for others professional development to reach their maximum potential, as well as helping support customers to solve their complex problems through innovative solutions.
