Some Insights into Humayun's Background as a Bench Sales Recruiter

My educational background is regarding E- commerce in which I have done Bachelor in commerce and studied diversify market of e-commerce. After that I have started my career with VITS which helped me develop my communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to next level.

A bit about what you do:

As a bench sales recruiter at VITS, my responsibility is to find suitable placements for IT consultants and assessing them with technical skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and career goals to ensure alignment with client requirements. I also promote available consultants to potential clients, negotiating rates, terms, and conditions of contracts, and closing deals and maintaining relationships with client companies.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about building and nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients and enjoy networking, engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, and establishing trust and rapport.
